Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Latest Furniture Design (LFD). By using latestfurnituredesign.online, placing an order, or purchasing products through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Products & Pricing
LFD sells furniture and home-furniture products, including side tables, trolleys, corner tables, and other products added from time to time. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, images, dimensions, and specifications. Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase. LFD may cancel or decline orders due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing or information, payment issues, suspected fraud, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Available payment methods may include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking, processed through third-party payment providers.
- Shipping & Installation
LFD offers Pan-India delivery, subject to serviceability. Orders may be shipped through Shiprocket and Our logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, product availability, weather, holidays, transportation, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Where applicable, LFD may provide online fitting/installation guidance. Physical/on-site installation is not included unless specifically mentioned on the product page or order.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information, review product dimensions and specifications, follow fitting instructions, and use products appropriately. LFD is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Intellectual Property & Website Availability
All website content, including text, images, logos, product photographs, and designs, is owned by or licensed to LFD and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
LFD does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access and may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
