Return & Refund Policy

Latest Furniture Design (LFD) aims to provide quality furniture and home-furniture products to its customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

General Return Policy

LFD does not accept general returns for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product or size selection, product no longer required, colour preference, or minor variations in finish, texture, grain, or appearance. Customers should carefully review product images, dimensions, and specifications before ordering.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty

LFD provides a 1-year warranty against genuine manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Customers must report suspected defects with order details and relevant photographs or videos.

After verification and inspection of the received product, if the issue is confirmed as a covered manufacturing defect, LFD will, where applicable, repair the affected product or replace the defective part. Complete product replacement will not ordinarily be provided for a defect limited to one part.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, improper assembly, modification, damage after delivery, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose. Minor material or finish variations are not ordinarily considered manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Customers should inspect the product at delivery and contact LFD promptly if any issue is observed. Wrong-product claims must be supported by order details and photographs or videos.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Eligible cancellations before dispatch will receive a full refund.

After Dispatch: Cancellation is not permitted after dispatch, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Refunds and Shipping

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after any required verification or inspection. Refund timing depends on the payment method, bank, or payment service provider. Shipping or collection arrangements for warranty repairs, defective-part replacement, or approved returns will be communicated by LFD based on the specific case.
